3. Da Dun
Da Dun is the reflexology point on the foot also known as LV 1. It is below the corner of the toenail. It is near the inner area of the big toe. When using this pressure point you should press it quite firmly. You will want to hold the pressure for several seconds. Pressing on this particular foot reflexology can help alleviate dizziness if you are experiencing it.
It can also help when your stomach is hurting. If you have a hernia, the da dun point on the foot can help it heal as well. You will want to sit in a chair and cross one leg over the other. Find the da dun point on your foot. It is near the big toenail. Once you have located the point, apply pressure. Hold it for several seconds. Then you should switch legs and put pressure on the other da dun point on your other foot.
