5. Gluten
Speaking of ‘trendy’ foods to dislike, gluten is another that is fine for most people and yet is still ‘cool to avoid’.
Once again, while this is unlikely to cause problems in healthy individuals, there are still cases where people suffer with gluten intolerance without it being diagnosed. If you suffer from celiac disease then in all likelihood you will know about it: this condition can prevent you from properly absorbing nutrients and causes significant digestive distress.
However, if you have a mild intolerance then you might find that your digestion is affected only slightly, leading to problems like gas and constipation.
Try to avoid foods like wheat, rye and barley for a short time and see if this solves the problem.
