4. Tuna on Toast
Another great thing to top your toast with is tuna. Tuna is another excellent source of omega 3 fatty acid meaning it can boost brain power and overall health. Not only that, but it is also a lean source of protein that the body can use to build muscle and repair wounds.
It tastes delicious and again, adding a little toast will just make it more enjoyable which is a good thing if it means you’ll be more likely to stick with it.
Tuna tastes best when mixed with mayonnaise and a little horse raddish. Unfortunately, that doesn’t exactly ring true with the healthy vibe we’re going for. Instead, lemon and pepper can once again do the trick!
