3.Retrograde Ejaculation
In the male’s systems, both urine and semen pass-through the urethra as also mentioned above. There’s a muscle or the bladder sphincter that is located near the neck of the bladder that helps to hold the urine until you are ready to release it through urination.
During orgasm, the same muscle contracts to keep ejaculate from entering the bladder, it will allow the ejaculate to flow through the urethra and out to the tip of the penis.
In this case, retrograde ejaculation, this certain muscle failed to contract to result to ejaculate to end up in the bladder, because the bladder stayed relax. The result is often called “dry orgasm”, it feels like a normal orgasm and doesn’t usually affect sexual pleasure despite the lack of ejaculate. Please note that it is not a disease or a serious threat to your health. It is not bad to let a doctor checks up on you, especially if you are not comfortable with what’s happening in your system.
