3. Slow Growth

But if your teenager is suddenly experiencing any kind of slow or delayed growth along with any of the other symptoms we’ve already mentioned, then you should consider having them checked for hypothyroidism as a condition – it could explain a lot of their other general health issues, and you can move to treatment once you know the cause for sure.
