3. Stress Can Be Fatal
Stress is something that makes up part of almost everyone’s life on earth, and there’s not a human on earth that doesn’t experience some fear of physical and emotional stress at some point during their lives.
Most people have learned to deal with stress as a part of their life, and it’s safe to say that stress alone doesn’t pose a danger to the majority of these people: While stress can put a lot of added strain on your life, we can say that stress by itself isn’t considered to be dangerous at all, right?
Wrong.
To someone who has been diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency, stress isn’t just stress: Stress creates a reaction within the body that can cause kidney failure; whereas the normal person’s body would simply release adrenaline when it’s put under stress, someone with adrenaline deficiency has their body put under far more strain than this – and it can be fatal.
