In fact, there are a whole host of different movements that can lead to this pain, in which case it will have a lot in common with RSI – Repetitive Strain Injury.
Whatever it is that you do, taking lots of breaks is an important way to avoid the problem. Likewise, this can help to prevent long-term problems like arthritis.
