3. Living a sedentary lifestyle is a frequent cause of why you may be always tired.
By sitting all of the time, it can make you feel tired. Stand up and walk around for a few minutes before sitting back down. Do this routine every 30 minutes. Another thing you can do is start exercising. The exercise doesn’t have to be high-impact. It can be simple as walking 30 minutes every day. Once you master 30 minutes, slowly increase your time by five minutes until you’re able to walk an hour at least four to five days a week. When it’s raining, you can walk in place.
You will notice that you will sleep better and feel refreshed in the morning. Use the stairs instead of the elevator. You don’t have to walk the stairs fast. You may be tempted to use the elevator since it may take your breath away, but fight through it.
