5. Celery Juice
Celery juice is a healthy drink that some people drink regularly because of the many nutrients and vitamins it contains. Celery juice has the ability to clear toxins from the system. When you drink it, it helps flush the toxins from the body before they have a chance to turn into kidney stones or contribute to them.
If you don’t mind the taste of celery juice, you can drink it straight. If you aren’t a fan of the flavor, you can mix it with other juices such as orange juice or pineapple juice to add some sweetness. You can also add some honey to help improve the flavor. While celery juice is very healthy, if you have certain health problems, you shouldn’t drink it.
