The sight of food will make you nauseated. If you do eat something, you may throw it back up. Since you won’t have an appetite, you will lose weight as well. When you go to see your doctor, he or she may prescribe a medicine to help increase your appetite. Even if you don’t have an appetite, you’ll need to get plenty of fluids in your body. You don’t want to become dehydrated, which can cause dizziness and fainting.
Try to eat a few crackers slowly. It is not a good idea to try to force yourself to eat because you’ll just vomit. Just eat when your appetite comes back and drink plenty of water.
Don’t do any strenuous activities because it could cause you to become dizzy since you’re not eating any food. When the symptoms go away, your appetite will come back even stronger.
