5. Loss of Appetite
A common symptom of appendicitis is a loss of appetite. Not all people who suffer the condition will experience this symptom however.
Loss of appetite may have a number of causes. One is that the individual is experiencing pressure on the stomach that makes them feel full. This of course makes them less inclined to eat.
Another possibility is that the sufferer simply feels ill from fighting an infection or inflammation and the body responds to this by reducing appetite.
