5. Restore Internal Flora
Internal flora is the single key to happy digestive health. You should know that your gut contains a fair amount of healthy bacteria (also known as flora) and if these organisms aren’t in perfect balance, you can have a lot of issues with your digestive system – this can lead to other health complications such as weight loss or gain, and you will also naturally develop issues with excess gas if your internal flora is out of balance.
Your internal flora can also be considered out of balance if you aren’t experiencing gas at all; both cases aren’t normal and usually means that the internal flora needs to be restored.
The fastest, easiest way to do this is to introduce natural brewer’s yeast (dissolved in water) or natural yogurt containing live cultures into your diet.
