3. Rheumatoid Arthritis
According to a small study done in 2016, black seed oil may help people who have rheumatoid arthritis. In the study, 43 women who had rheumatoid arthritis took either black seed oil or a placebo each day for 30 days. The women who took the black seed oil reported having fewer symptoms over the thirty days. The reason for this is because black seed oil seems to have anti-inflammatory properties.
Since arthritis is simply the inflammation of the joints, anything that you can take that will help to reduce inflammation should help with many of the symptoms that you experience when you are diagnosed with arthritis. While there still needs to be more studies done on the effects of black seed oil as a cure or at least pain reliever for arthritis, it seems that the benefits of this oil can be positive for those who have rheumatoid arthritis.
