Cheese is one of the staples for anyone who’s following the keto diet, and you’ll quickly realize just how many things there are that you can do with cheese: It can be melted, stirred, sliced, grated, turned into a sauce – and it can be eaten with almost anything that you can dream of.
It’s a good thing that there are so many different types of cheese, and you’ll always be able to find one matching your taste.
If you find a type of cheese that you really don’t like, there’s no rule that says you have to include it in your diet; cheese is as varied as anything, and surely you can find a neutral cheese like mozzarella for your needs or something in the middle like moderate cheddar. If it’s the texture rather than the taste that bothers you, a lot can be done with cheese, melted or not.
